At Valencia Travel we are dedicated to the activities of travel agencies and tour operators , under an Integrated Management System that guarantees that our activities are carried out under controlled conditions of quality, socio-environmental responsibility, promoting a culture of prevention in occupational risks, in addition to complying with the requirements related to adventure tourism safety and continuous improvement.

To this end, Valencia Travel undertakes the following commitments:

  1. To satisfy the needs of our clients, providing a quality service, relying on qualified personnel competent in the tour operator sector in order to satisfy and meet the requirements of our external and internal stakeholders of the organization.
  2. Protect the environment and prevent pollution by reducing and/or eliminating environmental impacts within our processes.
  3. Eliminate hazards and minimize risks for our workers, suppliers and customers, applying controls in our activities in order to prevent accidents, incidents and occupational diseases, as well as provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health deterioration.
  4. Cultivate a mindset based on risk prevention in all our processes to ensure the quality of our services and responsible environmental management.
  5. Comply with the legal requirements of the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 21101:2014 and other requirements that the company subscribes to and are relevant to the activities carried out.
  6. Actively promote the participation and consultation of our workers and their representatives in the quality, safety and health at work management system.
  7. Constantly seek continuous improvement of processes, through the involvement, motivation and training of staff towards achieving excellence in the service we provide.

For the effective application of these principles, the leadership of Senior Management and the commitment of the collaborating partners are absolutely necessary. The General Management will periodically review this Policy, with the aim of developing the continuous improvement of the IMS, thus ensuring its maintenance and updating, and offering a reference framework for the establishment of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety and safety objectives in adventure tourism activities.
