SCOPE

VALENCIA TRAVEL is a company dedicated to the activities of travel agencies and tour operators in the Cusco Region.

The scope of certification only covers the main office in Cusco.

The organization has established the following scope for the management system:

“Sale, planning and operation of tourist services at national level”

For this purpose, services are executed as a receptive operator at a national level according to the requirements of our clients, meeting and exceeding their expectations.

  • Train ticket sales
  • CONSETTUR bus ticket sales
  • Sale of hotel reservations in Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Peru level.
  • Sale of lunch and dinner reservations in restaurants in Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Peru level.

Justification: Service Design and Development does not apply to the organization; they execute the service as provided by the client's requirements.

 

7.1.5.2 Traceability of measurements

Justification: There are no relevant measuring equipment or devices for the execution of the Valencia Travel service.
