The Muyuna Amazon Lodge is a boutique eco-Lodge located in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, about 87 miles upriver from Iquitos. Its remote position in the Tamshiyacu-Tahuayo National Reserve, and close to the Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve, makes it an excellent base for exploring the jungle and seeing all the wonderful flora and fauna.
Its 17 wooden stilted cabins are located in front of the Yanayacu River, and each was built by hand using sustainable local materials. The main cabin, meanwhile, has a large dining room where we can gather to relax, eat and have a beer or two. The jungle surrounds Muyuna, so a wide range of activities and jungle excursions are available right on your doorstep, and our bilingual guides will always be on hand to ensure you get the most from your time in the Amazon rainforest.
